3. Use of the Platform
Mellogia allows users to:
Stream music
Listen to podcasts
Follow artists
Apply to become artists
You agree not to:
Use the app for unlawful purposes
Copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without permission
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Platform
Upload unauthorized or copyrighted content
4. Artist Accounts & Content Upload
Users may request to become artists by submitting an application.
Artist approval is subject to administrative review.
By uploading any content (music, albums, podcasts, images), you represent and warrant that:
You own the content, OR
You have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to distribute it
You are solely responsible for the content you upload.
Mellogia reserves the right to:
Review content
Remove content that violates laws or policies
Suspend or terminate artist accounts for infringement
5. Intellectual Property
All platform features, logos, trademarks, and design elements belong to Mellogia or its licensors.
Users may not:
Modify
Copy
Distribute
Sell
Reverse engineer
Any part of the Platform without written permission.
6. Copyright Policy
We respect intellectual property rights.
If you believe content on Mellogia infringes your copyright, please contact us with:
Your full name
Proof of ownership
The content link
A description of the infringement
We may remove allegedly infringing content and take appropriate action.
7. Content Availability
All content is currently provided free of charge.
We reserve the right to:
Modify content
Introduce new features
Introduce paid subscriptions in future updates
Any future pricing changes will be clearly communicated.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if users:
Violate these Terms
Upload infringing content
Engage in fraudulent activity
Misuse the platform
Termination may result in removal of content and account access.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Mellogia is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee:
Continuous availability
Error-free service
Uninterrupted streaming
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mellogia shall not be liable for:
Indirect or incidental damages
Loss of data
Service interruptions
Third-party content issues
